Arrival

  • 4-4:30 pm CT

  • For folks using the shuttle service between Grand Bear and the venue:

    • It’s a white bus with the words “Camp Aramoni” on it.

    • The shuttle only takes 14 people at a time. We suggest not waiting for the last shuttle and having to find alternate transportation to the event.

Grand Bear-to-Ceremony Shuttle Schedule

  • 2:30 PM: Shuttle departs from Bricks & Stones for the first round of hotel guests.

  • 2:45 PM: Shuttle picks up first round of hotel guests - 13 people.

  • 3:00 PM: Shuttle drops off first round of hotel guests to Bricks & Stones

  • 3 :15 PM: Shuttle picks up second round of hotel guests - 13 people.

  • 3:30 PM: Shuttle drops off second round of hotel guests to Bricks & Stones

  • 3:45 PM: Shuttle picks up third & final round of hotel guests - 14 people.

  • 4:00 PM: Shuttle drops off the third & final group of hotel guests at Bricks & Stones.

Ceremony

  • 4:30 pm CT

Reception

  • Cocktail hour immediately following ceremony

  • Buffet Style BBQ Dinner

  • Dancing

  • 11 pm CT

  • The timing for the ceremony on our invites is incorrect. This is the correct timing. :)
